Options Skills have started 2019 in a big way. Not only did we launch our NVQ Level 2 Plumbing Training Course, open our new Birmingham Plumbing Unit and become a trading standards-approved business, we also won the Feefo Official Gold Trusted Service 2019 Award.
Each year, Feefo award its highest-performing customers. In the words of Feefo themselves, “Only the best of the best businesses, who’ve shown outstanding levels of quality and customer service throughout 2018, will qualify for Trusted Service 2019.”
A business must have collected at least 50 reviews throughout 2018 to receive the award. In addition, those reviews had to result in a minimum rating of 4.5.
We received 92 reviews over the last year. As a result, we are currently boasting a Feefo rating of 4.8/5.
This would have been possible without our staff’s hard work and dedication. Each member of the Options Skills team works hard to ensure our students have the best experience possible.

The course was well structured and delivered very well and help was there as and when required. The practicals, theory and exams all fitted into place well.
