Feefo awards businesses with the Feefo Gold Award providing they collect a minimum of 50 reviews each year and have a service rating of at least 4.5/5.
If a business wins the gold award three years running or more, they win the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award. An independent seal of excellence, Feefo recognises businesses for their work.
Options Skills not only won the Feefo Platinum Award but achieved a 4.9/5 customer experience rating and a 4.8/5 product rating.

Our NVQ Level 3 Electrical Training Course can be undertaken at each of our four training centres and provides students with the skills and knowledge they need to go out to work on-site. In addition, we offer a career development service to assist them in finding employment as trainees.
Any intensive course is a lot to take in but what i know now compared to 8 weeks ago is crazy, all tutors are at the top of their game, down to earth and friendly. Mike and Brian were my teachers and i couldn’t recomend them strongly enough. What you put in what you get out.

The Domestic Gas Training Course provides students with the practical skills and theoretical knowledge to work on-site alongside a mentor. We also assist students in finding a qualified mentor to work with as they build their portfolios.

2021 At Options Skills
2020 threw plenty of unexpected challenges our way, but we came through it. We continued to deliver high-quality training to students alongside our excellent customer service. So though 2021 may not be the year everything goes back to normal, we’re looking forward to it anyway – from the challenges that come our way to the students we’ll meet, and what we will see them achieve.
We wouldn’t have won this award without them and our brilliant team. So for that, we want to say thank you, and here’s to making 2021 our best yet!
