Options Skills have pledged its support for the Armed Forces by signing the newly introduced Armed Forces Covenant. The company fully supports ex-force personnel looking to retrain and gain qualifications in the electrical, gas and plumbing trades once they have left the army.
The covenant is dedicated to ensuring that members of the armed forces community have access to both government and commercial services and products. And that have access in the same way as any other citizen. The areas of support include education, careers, healthcare and financial assistance.
Signing the covenant allows Options Skills to represent its close links with our Armed Forces. Helping to provide training opportunities at a discounted rate for ex-force personnel.
The covenant is a written and publicised voluntary pledge. It comes from businesses and charitable organisations who wish to demonstrate their support for the UK armed forces. Under the covenant Options Skills can work more closely with ex-force personnel, exchanging skills, knowledge and opportunities.
Options Skills has a proud recognition of the value of our serving personnel, both regular and reservists, veterans and military families, contributing to business and the country.
