At Options Skills, our main priority is to provide our students with the absolute best training possible in order to suitable prepare them for working in their chosen trade. During stage two of our training courses, our students must go out to work on-site to build up a portfolio of evidence of the work they’ve completed. In order to do so, they need a placement.

As a Trading Standards Approved, leading training provider with centres all across the country, we’re looking to place our motivated and hard-working trainees with the right company for the second stage of their electrical or gas training. 

When they join your company, our students will have undertaken two months of training in their chosen trade, bringing with them practical skills, theoretical knowledge and plenty of enthusiasm. 

We don’t charge you any fees for placing candidates in your business and as an added benefit to you, we can provide discounted training for your existing employees whether they’re looking to retrain or update existing qualifications.

The Options Skills Candidate Resourcing service will take care of your vacancies for you. Through this service, we find motivated and committed recruits to join your team who have undertaken high-quality training with us. Our courses are accredited by APHC, LCL Awards and EAL respectively, so you can be safe in the knowledge that your newest recruit has the best possible understanding and application of their subject which can only benefit your business.
