The Atherton Gas Training Course provides students with both theoretical knowledge and practical training delivered in our fully-equipped training centre. The first stage of training, it will be delivered by tutors who have years of industry experience.
After completing stage one, students will proceed to stage two. During this, they will work alongside a qualified gas engineer. For a minimum of 100 days, gas trainees will be completing work to fulfil their portfolio requirements.
Once Atherton gas training trainees have completed their portfolio to a suitable standard with a range of various jobs, they will move onto stage three. This is where they will undertake their ACS Initial Training.
It is upon passing and gaining their ACS qualifications that students can apply to the Gas Safe Register.
