Our three-week essential domestic plumber training is ideal if you’re looking to learn the essential skills and knowledge of domestic plumbing & bathroom installation, maintenance and repair.
No experience is required to enrol, as this comprehensive training programme will introduce you to the plumbing trade. In addition, it will equip you with a solid understanding and teach you how to deal with common plumbing issues and jobs that arise in a domestic setting.

Throughout the 15-day course, you’ll be working in our fully-equipped workshops to learn the fundamental skills of the plumbing industry.
The course will provide you with the skills and knowledge to launch a career in plumbing, carrying out domestic plumbing work, from essential health & safety to bathroom installation and everything in between. Upon completion, you will be in a great position to begin working in the plumbing industry and look to increase your skill set by moving into the gas and heating industry.
During week one, you will learn essential health & safety regulations and techniques, cutting, bending, soldering and jointing of copper piping and the cutting and jointing of push-fit plastic fittings.
In week two, training will focus on cold and hot water systems, domestic waste pipework systems, essential domestic plumbing repairs and replacements, and central heating systems.
Throughout week three of your plumbing course, you will plan, measure, design and install a complete bathroom suite and radiator, focusing on water regulations and building regulations.
